Same old, Same
Well, I've been fiddling around with my tablet for a while, making random doodles, yeah, same old, same old.
Anyway the Mowhawk Mecha is pretty cool, it comes with strategic critical chances, boosts etc. And it looks cool two. Also the new Friday release was a bit of a let-down for me. I really wanted more of a large quest, but the new enemy mecha's are sick, a bit hard for me to beat, but sick, also the Pyras East,West,North,South tower thing was put into this quest. However instead of comet, small tricky-to-hit-when-to-close-to-you ships came. Bieng me, I wanted to finish the quest early, and to make it quicker, I changed into low quality graphics, the ships were almost impossible for me to hit, and that was with my tablet.
MQ Aside, I recently got a NDS Lite, no not the DSi, though I wish I had one.
I haven't exactly "mastered" it. Whatever that means. I just used the word "mastered" to say, well, erm, mastered. IMO, I prefer my PSP, thats just me though, sorry all you Nintendo lovers =[ (Just to clear up any unwanted confusion, I think PS3 beats the Wii, in some aspects, I love the Wii Control, Lightsaber, the HP wand that their making, but I also love the PS3 graphics which easily own the Wii's)
Back to MQ, when is the Dragonguard Offer bieng released? If it has been released already, and I haven't noticed (I'm rather slow on catching SC, and NG offer updates, sorry) please comment telling me where it is, I checked the SC, and NG offer page and its not there. Poo.
Well...yeap, thats it for today, wait is it?
Any cool games out for NDS? If so, please comment on this post, again sorry =[ , I'm not one of the people who watches TV for games, though I really think I should.

Another Mecha
So, as you could possibly know (if you play Mechquest), a new Mowhawk mecha is being released tomorrow. If you go on Mechquest right now, you'll see a small hint of what to expect...
On a side note sorry about the lateness of my post, its been a week and a few days since my last post, i've been getting 3 or 4 assignments everyday, and in order for me to have free weekends, I have to finish them on the date they're assigned, this clashes horribly with my habit of procrastinating work, if this continues, it'll be a while before I make another post like this one, and it'll take an even longer while for me to level up in Mechquest. However, I have had a few rare moments, when I can fiddle with the computer for a while, in these rare, happy moments, I usually draw with my tablet, play my PSP, play soccer, or fiddle with fonts on MS Word.
I'm also trying to add more to this blog, for one I seriously doubt 160 people have seen my profile, and if people have, then why is it stuck on 160? Is it a glitch? Or is my blog profile suddenly not available? Small, insignificant things, that annoy me. I'm also going to change the blogger template into something else. What i'm changing on my blog? I'm not sure yet, but definetly adding things I haven't added now, gagdets, etc.
I've also been reading alot of books lately, no, not workbooks, but novels, and such. Bieng like most people, I am a HP fan, I'm not obsessed with HP, I just like the books, I don't have posters and such in my room, I just like the books. I recently bought J.K Rowling's book "The Tales of Beedle the Bard". I like the book, its short, what with only 5 stories and commentary by Dumbledore, but its filled with information, I'm also planning on getting the Collector's Edition of it, i've seen some images of it on Google, and it looks AWESOME! Its "disguised" as a Hogwart's textbook, when you open the cover of this textbook, you'll see a small pouch with JKR's signature on it, inside the small pouch, lies The Tales of Beedle the Bard, in the center of it, it has a skull, with gems (not real I think) for eyes, to add it up, it has an introduction by JKR, with JKR's handwriting. Bieng the bookworm I am, I try my hardest to preserve rare books (for example, when the HP and the Deathly Hallows was published, as soon as I bought it, I reprimanded anyone who tried to touch it, one memorable incident was when my sister "accidentally" dropped 1 or 2 droplets of water on the original cover (not the cover art, I bought the hardcover) I screamed and refused to stop sulking and shouting at my sister for the whole day. Also one day I went to my cousins house, and asked him casually if he had the Deathly Hallows, he told me he had the adult cover version, bieng eager to see it, after digging inside his closet (he dug inside not me, I was revolted at the sight of it ;)) we finally found it, I was horrified, it was covered it scratches and some pages were drawn on and ripped, I stared at him and asked him why the *censored* couldn't he leave it as it was. He said he wanted it to look old...), also the font in the Collector's Edition of The Tales of Beedle the Bard, is quite odd, definetely not Arial or New Times Roman.

School Starts, Goal Failed + A new game?
Hey all, well today I had school, as soon as I came I went on the internet, and well, here I am typing this.
Well I didn't get to Level 33 at all, not even close, I'm still stuck on Level 31, I wonder how I'm going to farm credits...
Perhaps I can use the new Shadowscythe Gang quest that came out? It gives easy Shadowscythe mechas to fight, for a decent 10k. My Anchorman Mecha is in my opinion...not the best at all. But with the new weapons I managed to buy with difficulty, I haven't lost to an enemy yet.
My current Mecha (with weapons equipped):
Anchorman:
Thunder Head (Head)
Silver Mugger (Front Arm)
Anchorman Default (Back Arm)
Anchorman Default (Front Shoulder, Back Shoulder)
Anchorman Default (Body Attack)
I was hoping to buy the Steampunk Mecha but seeing as though I wont be hitting the level 35 current level cap in a few months I shouldn't really bother. I will try to get the Reaper Mecha though. Level 33 might not be possible but getting the amount of credits required might be.
Either way, I will try my hardest to get as much credits as I can, during this year, I definetely will get (at some point) more than 3,000,000 credits, or try to! Well.....yeah, also I'm trying to find a new game I can come back to start playing again, right now I'm thinking about taking a break from Mechquest and playing Runescape. I miss the Firemaking lol.
So.......stay tuned for more action-packed-totally-not-boring-blog-posts-that-blow-up-the-definition-of-awesome-in-a-good-yet-akward-way-filled-with-lots-of-wierd-stuff-.

New September Mecha / Warbear Overpowered? or Underpowered?
Hey all!
As you know thier might be a September Mecha being released this Friday! Any guesses as to what kind of ability it could have? The first Monthly Rare Mecha was the Striker Mecha, I though of it as a Mystraven-ish mecha, with critical chances, Then the Warbear came out, I thought of it as a Wolfblade-ish mecha, well, actually I thought it was ridiculously stronger than the Wolfblade Mecha's. Then the Aegis came out, I didn't really know what to think of it, It was a defence-based mecha, filled with Damage Reflection, and Regeneration. And then last month the Reaper Mecha was released. It in my mind remains on of the most powerful mecha's in MQ. Filled with Dot's and even a Last-Resort-Decimation-like-attack which can almost garantee a win.
Personally, I'm inclined to think that the new Monthly Rare SC September Mecha is going to be filled with damage reductions, and stuns, but thats just my opinion =].
Now onto the Warbear topic: Is it overpowered or underpowered? Lets think for a moment. Its attacks are ridiculously overpowered (each attack has a 100% damage boost effect on it) so theres no need at all to even read the damage range in the descriptions. The body attack does a garanteed critical. The head is the only default on the mecha that actually follows the attack range, however it boosts the Warbear's offense and accuracy. Now lets look at its health and defence: It has no defence, its a pure offense mecha designed for blowing up stuff at random, not carefully planning out a next move. Its hp is horrible for its level.
So now what do you think, check the poll I set up and decide for yourself =]! My own opinion, its kind of balanced out. Its Uber Attacks make up for its crappy health, it can easily be beat by...say the Eagle Mecha, just use the damage reflection and half the damage inflicted on you is turned on the Warbear. So basically what i'm saying is......: Its crap health is its weakness.
Also, if you managed to buy the level 30,33 Warbear, you might wanna consider getting the Thunder Head, it boosts your attack by 40%, (easy +200 K.Os) or gives you 40% more defense which is useful considering that the Warbear isn't really, well, defensive...
So....yeah

Back to School...and a Belated Blog Birthday
Omg!!!!! I forgot about my blogs "birthday" which was a few days ago, August 18 to be specific. I can't believe I forgot to mention it!
A whole year, wow. Doesn't feel like a year to me :/. Anyway I started out posting my real life happenings, then runescape stuff, then I started playing mechquest. Then (for a brief period) Arcanists, now I'm back to posting stuff about Mechquest! I remember last year like it was only last year, I got membership I started fletching arrow shafts for gold, my membership ran out, I lost heart and quit.
Similiarly with Arcanists, however part of it was the incredibly cheap tactics that were bieng used in-game. The unfairness of it all, combined with loss of membership, made me quit it (not much point in playing if you don't have the full selection of spells, or any achievements)
I quit Mechquest, for, well, I don't really know why, I guess I just got bored of it one day, and decided to quit it, then ( a few months ago) a checked back to see if it had improved, and yep it had, new weapons, combos, etc.
Also, for me, school starts in 7 days, the horror of it all >:(. But i'll make it a goal to reach level 33 (without hacking, I don't hack) before it starts. I've also made it my goal to try to get the Steampunk mecha. I wonder, if only I hadn't quit MQ when the War Bear came out, I actually might have gotten it. It remains in my mind the best mecha in the entire universe of MQ. Combined with the Thunder Head, the level 33 version can hit +200, not a mecha that can be beat easily. Steampunk has been buffed up considerably so I don't think the Youtube videos showcasing it, actually show it in its buffed up version (present version).
The Summer of '09, wasn't as good as The Summer of '08, well again, at least in my opinion, last summer, I managed to achieve tons of things, and not just in games either, this summer, I only got 3 levels higher, and only 1 more achievement in Arcanists, yes I used to play Arcanists last year when it came out.
Also as you might have noticed, I haven't uploaded any pictures in ANY of my blog posts, the reason? Well, last year, I didn't know how to AT ALL, I was stupid ok! There I said it! Now however I know how to, so next post, you'll see the Model A Steampunk, which I took from the MQ Design Notes, all the credit goes to them for making it, I didn't make it in ANY way, I'm just showcasing the image.

frisbee
I bought a frisbee, I like bee's. I hit my head on a frisbee, I hit my head on a bee, it hurt. I fell, down the stairs. My leg broke. No it didn't. I was on Mechquest. A new mecha came out. I didn't buy it. It is called, Steampunk. I like steam. But not punks. Steam is wierd. I hit my head on steam. It didn't hurt. I watched Iron Man. I hate the Mark 1 armour. I hit my head on the Mark 11 armour. It hurt. More than bee. Bees are yellow. Grass is green. I think. Maybe. I like rubber ducks. I hit my head on the beak. Of a yellow duck. Made of rubber. And other stuff. This is a post. On my blog. I hit my head on a blog once. But I didn't.
That, is the definition, of wierd!
Anyways Steampunk mecha costs way more than the credits I have, so I couldn't buy it. I'm planning on getting the Dragonguard in a few weeks, just to see if its actually worth it. Also my blog design, and layout are bieng changed soon.
